Return and Refund

At VR Collections, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully:

Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Process

  1. Submit a Return Request
    Log in to your VR Collections account, navigate to the relevant order, and submit a return request. Our support team will respond within 24 hours.

  2. Ship the Product
    Once your return request is approved, you will receive the return shipping address and instructions.

  3. Refund Process
    After we receive and inspect the returned item:

    • The refund will be processed within 5 business days.

    • The credited amount will reflect in your account within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).

  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is successfully processed. 

    Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.

  • Return Address: Do not send returns to the sender’s address on the original package. The correct return address will be provided upon approval of your return request.
